YBreak Pro ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application developed and operated by Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo- informatics (BISAG-N) in collaboration with Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY).

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the YBreak Pro mobile application published on Google Play Store.

b) Health & Fitness Data

Heart Rate Monitoring

• Uses your device camera and flash to estimate heart rate through photoplethysmography (PPG).
• No photos, videos, or camera recordings are stored.
• Camera frames are processed in real time and discarded after analysis.
• Heart rate measurements are stored only if the user chooses to save them.

BMI Calculator

• Uses user-entered height and weight to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI).

Step Counter

• Uses device sensors to count steps and support activity tracking.

Yoga and Wellness Progress

• Tracks user participation, learning progress, and wellness activities within the application.

Health and fitness information is stored locally on the user's device unless otherwise stated within the application.

c) Device Information

This information is used solely to ensure compatibility, security, and performance.

d) Usage Information

• Enable heart rate monitoring, BMI calculation, step counting, and yoga tracking.

Heart rate monitoring accuracy may vary depending on device hardware, camera quality, lighting conditions, and user positioning.

YBreak Pro is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition.

Heart Rate Monitoring Disclaimer

• Heart rate measurements are indicative only.
• Results should not be considered medical advice or clinical diagnosis.
• The feature is not a substitute for professional medical equipment.
• The feature does not measure blood pressure or blood oxygen levels.
• The feature is not intended for infant heart rate monitoring.
• Camera flash usage may generate heat; discontinue use if discomfort occurs.

8. User Consent

Before collecting or processing information, YBreak Pro provides appropriate notices and permission requests where required.

Users may withdraw permissions at any time through device settings.

10. Data Deletion

Uninstalling YBreak Pro removes locally stored application data from the device.
